Every Precision Tune-Up Includes:
- Check the refrigerant charge
- Clean the condenser coil
- Spray a no-rinse cleaner on the evaporator coil
- Inspect contactors, relays, unit wiring, capacitor, and unit disconnect
- Check amp draws on the motor, heater, and compressor​
- Clean out condenser drain​
Precision tune-up is performed once per year for annual plans, twice per year for biannual plans.
